TS630HV is a blue thermal release tape featuring high initial adhesion. At a specific temperature (145°C),

the adhesive foam loses its tackiness, enabling automatic separation from the bonded surface.

Recommended Thermal Release Process

• Temperature: 145°C

• Time: 15 minutes for complete adhesive foaming and loss of tackiness

• Maximum heating time: Do not exceed 40 minutes (depending on thermal conductivity of substrate

and heating uniformity)

Storage Conditions

• Temperature: 10-30°C

• Relative Humidity: 40-60%

• Shelf Life: 6 months

Precautions

• Keep product away from heat sources and open flames;

• Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dry, and free from oil or other contaminants;

• Do not use outdoors to avoid weather conditions causing adhesive residue on substrate during

removal.
